- Why should I go and what should I expect? This conference aims to educate pharmacy students on the fast-changing field of Managed Care Pharmacy focusing on our theme of "Advancing Health Care Through Reform and Collaboration". Through speaker events, break-out sessions and a roundtable dinner, students will have the opportunity to learn from managed care pharmacists and residents. The weekend will also be filled with networking opportunities and the chance to connect with students from schools throughout the West Coast.
- Who is attending? Pharmacy students from pharmacy schools throughout the West Coast are invited to attend (AMCP and non-AMCP members). We will also be featuring many different pharmacy speakers and pharmacists from different organizations.
- How do I pay? Payments can be made through PayPal under the Registration tab or checks can be mailed to: UOP TJL School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences Attn: AMCP-Pacific Chapter 751 Brookside Road Stockton, CA 95211-0001 *If you are paying by check, be sure to indicate your name and school on the check.
Please make checks payable to AMCP-Pacific. **For University of the Pacific students, please drop off your check in Dr. Shek's office (D116) after you have finished registering online. - Where can I stay? AMCP-Pacific recommends you stay at Embassy Suites for the ease of transportation to the conference.
- What else is there to do around Sacramento? AMCP-Pacific's Executive Board has planned for students different social events that will take you around and explore Sacramento.
